Tedder was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Dalton Briles, her second husband, Phillip Raymond Tedder, her son, Charles Samuel Briles, and her siblings, Virginia Vestal, Garland Gallimore, Carol Ledwell, and Harold Gallimore.His wife, Rochelle Scarlett Hoover, 77, had been shot, but appear to be self-inflicted.
